The Modern Mystery School is one of seven ancient mystery schools currently active on the planet — and the only one open to the public. The veil between the outer world and the inner mysteries is thinning, and what was once accessible only to a carefully chosen few is now being offered to all those who sincerely seek the light.
Its written lineage extends over three thousand years, verifiably traced to the teachings of King Salomon. Its oral tradition reaches further still — over eight thousand years — to the time of Hermes Trismegistus, the father of the Hermetic tradition, whose understanding laid the foundation upon which all esoteric science and religion rests. Through an unbroken chain of transmission, from teacher to student across every generation, the integrity and power of this wisdom has been faithfully preserved — not merely as information, but as an energetic handing down of spiritual keys, passed through initiation from one soul to the next.
The true mystery at the heart of this Mystery School is not knowledge withheld, nor ritual enacted behind closed doors. The mystery is you — the unfolding of your innate individuality and divinity as God or Goddess. In Hermetics, it is understood that God is not apart from the self, but within it. The Light we have long sought beyond ourselves, to guide and enlighten us, has never been separate from us at all. You are God, as is every human being. To walk this path is to become an initiate: to grow steadily more empowered, more self-responsible in thought, word, and action, and more discerning in what serves the unveiling of the essence and purpose of your Godhood and what does not.
The Modern Mystery School is a culture undefined by nation, race, education, sexual preference, or any of the divisions imposed by the human world. Its unity is found not in sameness, but in the joy and purpose each soul discovers through the exploration of its own individuality — and in the sharing of that joy and purpose with others, and with the world. What is cultivated here is Godliness, understanding, kindness, and hope; the uplifting and empowerment of each individual, and of humanity as a whole. A Culture of Light, offered to all who choose to know themselves.
